As our Office & HR Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our organisation—helping to create the smooth, supportive environment that makes all our work for animals possible. From keeping our office running brilliantly to assisting the People & Culture team with essential daily tasks, your role ensures our staff feel valued and equipped and helps to power our charity’s mission to make the world a better place for animals.
What You'll Do:
- Liaise with the charity’s suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices and expenses
- Conduct regular office safety checks
- Assist in recruitment administration, logging applications and arranging interviews
- Collate content for a monthly newsletter
- Schedule regular HR, safety and office renewals
- Schedule recruitment adverts and interviews
- Book venues and catering for events
- Schedule, prepare papers and minute regular meetings
Who You Are:
- An organised and proactive professional with previous experience within an admin role
- A proficient multi-tasker who is able to prioritise effectively
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal, to foster understanding and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- An experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
