  • Yes, there is parking at the entrance to the reserve and you will be guided on arrival, however spaces are limited so we encourage car sharing as much as possible.

  • Hot and cold drinks will be provided and a vegan lunch. If you have any other dietary requirements, please get in touch.

  • The wildlife on the reserve is free to come and go and we do not house any animals on site. We therefore we cannot guarantee what you will see on the day.

  • For some workshops or activities we may ask you to bring something with you, but you will be notified of this when you make your selections ahead of the event. There will be hot and cold drinks and lunch provided, but attendees are welcome to bring additional refreshments if they wish. Please remember to bring clothing for all weathers and sun protection. Mobile phone signal is also intermittent, so we advise that you print or download your tickets in advance.

  • Once you've made your selection you will need to stick to that activity so that we can plan ahead and accommodate everyone.

  • Attendees will no longer receive PDF tickets via their order confirmation and reminder emails. Instead, they can conveniently access their tickets through the Eventbrite mobile app, where options such as 'Add to Apple Wallet' and saving tickets as images are available. If needed, attendees can still access their PDF tickets by logging into their Eventbrite account via the website.

  • Please note that ticks are prevalent in the area, so please be vigilant and wear appropriate clothing. Don't forget sunscreen. If you have signed up to yoga or photography we kindly ask you to bring the respective equipment. Workshops could be subject to change.
