Self-exclusion policy Whilst most League Against Cruel Sports Lotto and Raffle players are able to enjoy participating in gaming, we understand some of our supporters may prefer to not be contacted. Our League Lotto and Raffle is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment, so we operate a self-exclusion policy, which is a formal process whereby you can opt out of playing our online and direct mail gaming products. If you are concerned gambling may have become a problem for you and would like to self-exclude from the League Lotto or Raffle, please follow the advice below. 1. How can I self-exclude? Send an email to [email protected] with 'Self-Exclusion' in the heading. Include your full name and address, including your postcode Call our Supporter Care team on 01483 524 250 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) Complete our self-exclusion form and email to [email protected], or you send by post to: New Sparling House, Holloway Hill, Godalming, GU7 1QZ. We will update your preferences within three working days of receipt of your self-exclusion notification. We will hold your preferences on our database to ensure you aren't entered into any future draws and we don't send you any promotional gaming materials. If you have purchased tickets in our raffle, and subsequently send us a self-exclusion notice which is received before the raffle close date, we will refund your payment and remove you from the draw. If you have purchased a subscription to the League Lotto and subsequently send us a self-exclusion notification, your subscription will be stopped. Note on non-refundable subscriptions: Any payment that has already been collected at the point the request for self-exclusion is activated, or where a payment has already been requested from the payment provider, is non-refundable. 2. How long does self-exclusion last? Until we receive notification from you that you would like to be removed from the exclusion list. The minimum period of self-exclusion is six months. If you would like to enter our League Lotto or take part in our League Raffle after this exclusion period, please call our Supporter Care team on 01483 524 250. 3. Personal responsibilities In requesting self-exclusion, you agree to provide full and accurate personal details, now and in the future, to ensure we are able to restrict your access to our gaming products. If you choose to self-exclude, we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure we comply with your request. You also take responsibility not to seek to undermine the self-exclusion that you’ve entered into with us. Accordingly, neither the League , nor any of the society lotteries we operate on behalf of, takes responsibility or liability for any subsequent consequences or losses you may suffer or incur if you commence or continue gambling by providing misleading, inaccurate or incomplete details or otherwise seek to circumvent the self-exclusion agreed.
