Mid Devon

The Mid Devon Support Group (which has been active for over 15 years) meets once a month in Exeter.  We are a friendly group and welcome new members. 

At our meetings we discuss all issues relating to cruel sports. We undertake letter writing campaigns to the press and relevant organisations.  Renowned for our written correspondence, one of our campaigns was referred to in the House of Lords prior to The Act! 

We have sales and information stalls. Funds raised in this way enabled us to  present the  League's Chief Executive, Joe Duckworth, with a cheque for £1,500 towards the Million Pound Campaign.  Some of our Group are League monitors and our fund-raising helps provide them with vital equipment.

Besides the serious issues, we also regularly meet socially and have a great time!
