What Are We Doing?

  • anti-trophy huntingThe League Against Cruel Sport's Trophy Hunting campaign focuses on exposing British travel companies offering UK tourists the opportunity to hunt animals and birds all over the world. By concentrating on the tourism industry, the League can impact on UK-based companies and those with a large UK market who are found to be promoting this activity either directly or indirectly. 
  • The League has conducted numerous investigations into trophy hunting around the world and many of the companies that have been 'named and shamed' have since stopped promoting and offering trophy hunting holidays. We will continue to target these companies and encourage their withdrawal from such business activity on an ongoing basis.
  • The League plans to draw attention to the issue at Westminster by placing and EDM condemning those UK businesses who profit from the trade in trophy hunting.
